When you click “Book Now”, you will be redirected to WhatsApp for direct communication and booking confirmation.

Bhumika Travels acts solely as a facilitator between you and the assigned taxi service provider.
While we aim to provide reliable and timely service, Bhumika Travels is not responsible for:
Delays in pickup or drop
Missed flights, trains, or events
Accidents, breakdowns, or mechanical issues
3️⃣ Limited Liability
Bhumika Travels does not provide compensation or cover financial losses arising from:
Driver delay
Vehicle issues
Route changes
Weather or traffic conditions
All bookings are made at the user’s discretion.
4️⃣ Payments
Payments must be made directly to the driver unless otherwise specified.
Fare details and pricing will be shared on WhatsApp before final confirmation.
5️⃣ Changes & Cancellation
Any changes or cancellations can be requested through WhatsApp or phone.
Approval of changes is subject to availability and mutual agreement.
6️⃣ Dispute Resolution
For any concerns, you may contact us directly.
We will coordinate with the assigned taxi provider to assist with a resolution, but refunds or compensations are not guaranteed.
